Refund policy

At this time The Picnic Collective only offers exchanges/store credit, no refunds. We accommodate exchanges for damaged or ineffective products only

Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of when you received your package

When returning your item(s), please kindly re-pack fragile items with the protective materials that you received with your package
Items must arrive at The Picnic Collective unwashed and unused to be eligible for an exchange
After receipt of your return, The Picnic Collective will refund the purchase amount as store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for The Picnic Collective to process this request
